Worksite Wellness and Personal Health

Jeff Ravenscroft has been in the wellness practice since 1995. Playing a variety of sports as a youth lead him to begin his career as an independent personal trainer in the early 90's which eventually lead him back to school were he continued his studies in Human Environmental Sciences (Oklahoma State University) and earning a Masters degree in Human Relations (Oklahoma University). After serving the corporate scene for over 8 years, Jeff has recently opened Performance Coaching, a Wellness Studio in Bixby Oklahoma, where he serves as a worksite wellness director.
